Shrinkwrap System Power Sealer

The Power Sealer shrinkwrap system is an air operated, semi-automatic shrinkwrapping system designed for high-volume production packaging. Operation of the unit is simplified by the elimination of several previously required tasks. After loading a package into the film and moving it over to the sealing area, the operator simply pushes two buttons to activate the sealing cycle. The frame comes down to seal the film, raises back up to its starting position, and the package is transported automatically to the shrink tunnel. While this is taking place, the operator is able to load the next item and prepare to move it over to the sealing area. By cutting down on physical involvement, packaging speeds are increased and operator fatigue is reduced.
