TS-II Shooter-II In-Line Tab Inserter

Designed to work with high-speed equipment, the Shooter-II can fire three tabs per second. In addition, it also has a count erase and stagger tab feature for use with multiple tabbing heads. State of the art electronics and a touch pad interface make the Shooter-II one of the easiest tabbers to use. The Shooter-II can be easily connected to your equipment by using a micro switch, universal electronic coupling pick-up or an optional infrared reflective opto sensor. The Shooter-II can also be mounted to your equipment or be free standing for mobility.

When positioned at the delivery end of your equipment, the Shooter II accurately counts and inserts tabs into the delivery pile of presses, sheeters, folders and other converting equipment with receding pile delivery systems. The Shooter-II's flexible mounting system provides quick set up with virtually any application. Capable of counting at speeds equal to your equipment and inserting up to three tabs per second, the Shooter-II will insure customer satisfaction and increased profits by eliminating overages and shortages with fast, accurate counting and tabbing.
