V. Health Hazard Data

Effects of Acute Overexposure:
  • Eyes: Severe chemical burns. Avoid contact with eyes.
  • Skin: Can cause irritation and severe chemical burns.
  • Inhalation: Can cause irritation, ulceration, and perforation of nasal septum.
  • Swallowing: Severe tissue destruction, kidney failure, possible death.

    First Aid:
  • Eyes: Flush with water lifting upper and lower lids. Get medical attention.
  • Skin: Wash exposed area with soap and water.
  • Inhaled: Remove to fresh air. Give oxygen or artificial respiration as required. Get medical attention.
  • Swallowed: DO NOT induce vomiting. Get medical attention. DO NOT give counter agents.

    Chronic Effects of Overexposure:
  • Cardiovascular stress. May affect liver, kidneys and respiratory system.

    CANCER WARNING: This product contains ingredients which are possible human cancer hazards based upon tests with laboratory animals (IARC). It has not been identified as a carcinogen or probable carcinogen by FED OSHA or CAL OSHA.
